On a cold night, 17-year-old Jibek, on the verge of giving birth, arrives at her older sister Aizhan’s dormitory. Aizhan, a medical student who is barely managing her own studies and life. While the other students are asleep, Jibek comes to her sister for help, and Aizhan finds herself in an unexpected difficult situation. She is forced to deliver her younger sister’s baby. That night, the sisters are overwhelmed by panic and fear, unsure of what to do next.

They live in a patriarchal society, where women’s mistakes often lead to condemnation and can destroy their futures. Their parents are migrants, and if the truth about what happened reaches them, it will bring shame to the entire family. Aizhan had always dreamed of finishing her studies, building a career, and starting a family. Now, all of that is at risk, and she must figure out how to protect her life and future, while also helping her sister, who has become a victim of circumstances.

Faced with a difficult choice, Aizhan and Jibek realize that their lives will never be the same again. But what path will they choose, and how will it change their destinies?
